Costa Rica La Manita has had season after season of amazingly clean and well-balanced coffee. Wildly popular, La Minita Tarrazu is a premium coffee from one of the world's greatest coffee estates, known for its pure, concentrated flavor. We deal directly with the family and roast to a full city medium. The farm produces several qualities of coffee but this signature coffee, La Minita Tarrazu, has very limited production, about 1700 bags annually. The attention to detail is extreme, beginning with what they describe as backyard gardening techniques on a large scale, as all the work is done by hand.
